Komado ridge of Tsurugidake in Winter

The Komado ridge is a long and exposed ridge with a lot of different parts: a lower part which is an more or less easy hike, an upper part with steep snow/ice walls, climbing, rappeling in wild surroundings, a final climb along the main ridge to the top of Tsurugidake.

With more or less perfect weather during the second half of Golden Week 2013 we didn't miss the chance to enjoy this good climb.
