MuPDF, QPDFView and other Debian updates

Update 2020-02-24: The default Debian packages for pupdf and pymupdf have been updated to the current version (or newer), and thus I have removed the packages from my repo. Thanks to the maintainers for updating! Qpdfview is still outdated, though.

For those interested, I have updated mupdf (1.16.1), pymupdf (1.16.10), and qpdfview (current bzr sources) to the latest versions and added to my local Debian apt repository:

deb https://www.preining.info/debian unstable main
deb-src https://www.preining.info/debian unstable main

QPDFView has now the Fitz (MuPDF) backend available.

At the same time I have updated Elixir to 1.10.1. All packages are in source and amd64 binary format. Information on other apt repositories available here can be found at this post.

Enjoy.
