ptex2pdf release 0.3

Yesterday I have uploaded ptex2pdf to CTAN, and it is already in today’s tlpretest. Changes are minimal:

• fix for the program when ptex2pdf is called with -u -e
• include the README into the source code and generate it on the fly

I just wanted to be sure that before TL2013 is released I have the same working version on CTAN, TeX Live, and my repository. If there are any problems or suggestions, please let me know!
